Roka Hula pairs a modern Asian kitchen — sushi, bao, dumplings — with a full tiki bar on Atlantic Ave: carved tiki posts, leopard-print shelving and a long cocktail list. It's one of the few Delray spots with a happy hour twice a day.
Hula hour runs every day from opening until 7 PM and again from 10 PM to close, at the bar and patio (dine-in only). Weekend brunch is Saturday and Sunday, 11 AM to 3 PM.
Online reservations are Monday to Thursday only; Friday to Sunday is first come, first served — and hula-hour pricing is at the bar and patio anyway.
